A little about me
Chi is highly motivated to redefine Property Management within the real estate industry in South Australia.
Chi understands the complexity of being a Landlord and a Tenant and through her friendly and approachable nature, is able to identify, rectify and successfully communicate on behalf of both parties. Chi has property of her own so understands the importance of what a Property Manager needs to be.
Chi always consider that building rapport with potential tenants is my primary goal when managing residential properties as it promotes effective communication which, in turn, leads to a clear understanding tenants’ needs.
